Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed your item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days.please be sure to provide the correct shipping information. Hello Darling is NOT responsible for mis information provided. Therefore, if you entered the wrong information please reach out to us ASAP on our Instagram page @hellodarlinghd and we will try our best to fix the information before the item is sent out. In the event the item has been shipped out already Hello Darling is not responsible. You must then call your local United States Postal Office.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns will be accepted for store credit/exchange only within 14 days of merchandise delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please message us on our Instagram page @hellodarlinghd, before sending back the item, regarding the return so we know to expect the item. Please include your order number, your name, and the reason for wanting to return the item in the message. Items must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, tag still intact, in order to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
